At CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center, we are proud to support two incredible organizations: Easterseals of Washington and The Forgotten Children's Fund. Easterseals of Washington is an organization dedicated to providing services and support to individuals with disabilities and their families. We believe in their mission of creating opportunities for people to live, learn, and work to their fullest potential. Similarly, The Forgotten Children's Fund focuses on bringing joy and relief to underprivileged children during the holiday season. We are honored to contribute to their cause and help make a positive impact in the lives of these children.
Easterseals of Washington
CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center has partnered with Easterseals of Washington since 1979, serving children and adults with disabilities and their families. Easterseals provides accessibility resources, autism services, day care, employment and training, in-home care, mental health services, therapy, veteran’s reintegration, senior career employment, and respite services throughout the country including in our local community.
This year (2025), our annual fundraising event has been a huge success helping CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center raise over $190,000 for Easterseals Washington since 2017! Thank you for all your support.
Closing Gift Program
Our commitment to Easterseals is 365 days a year, not just at our annual Fundraiser. We are committed to helping those in our community through our Closing Gifts Program. Participating brokers contribute part of every transaction to the program and CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center matches those funds dollar for dollar.

The Forgotten Children's Fund
Our Christmas in July events have continued to be an incredible success through 2025, thanks to the dedication of our broker volunteers and the overwhelming support of our community. Together, we have donated truckloads of toys and thousands of dollars, helping bring joy to children and families who need it most.
The Forgotten Children’s Fund is an all-volunteer organization devoted to giving underprivileged children and their families a truly Merry Christmas. With the support of the Seattle-area community, they purchase, wrap, and personally deliver gifts each year with the help of Santa and his elves.
Families are selected based on genuine need and are often not supported by other public or charitable organizations. Great care is taken to learn each child’s name, age, clothing size, and any special needs. In some cases, support extends beyond gifts to include groceries or assistance with essential expenses like utility bills. The Forgotten Children’s Fund currently serves families in King County, Lewis County, North Counties (including Skagit, Island, Snohomish, and Whatcom), and Chelan County across Washington State.
